Massage is a balance between technical and personal skills, at the heart of which lies the therapeutic relationship. Every time a therapist and a client come together in the context of therapy, this relationship is created. This relationship has a special purpose and goal: to serve the needs and best interests of our clients!
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment time must be made at least 12 hours in advance or the full session price may be charged to the client.
Late arrivals: Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to make sure sessions are started on time. Each client is assigned a specific block of time in the therapist's day and late arrivals can throw that schedule off. Late arrivals will result in reduction of hands on time.
